IIAC has partnered with New Level Partners to bring a new program to our members to offer online training for new hires. Our new hire training is on-demand, interactive, cost-effective and measurable!
The Big 'I' Virtual University offers on-line programs to assist your agency personnel in their professional growth. 'Essentials for CSR's' provides 12 separate modules which help to support learning and development of new service staff in your agency or as a refresher for current staff.
ABEN offers professional insurance training using Live webcast technology. ABEN's Live Webcasts will stream professional instructors right into your office, along with related course material and the ability to ask questions and chat with other students.
